What attracted you to our hospital?  I began my search for a place to build a career in Laboratory management and was impressed by the family atmosphere of Black River Memorial Hospital.  Over the years, I took advantage of the many opportunities for professional and personal growth offered here and made the transition to the position I currently hold.  I cannot think of any place I would rather be and see our organization as a leader in rural health care.

What would you like people to know about your department?  I am responsible for coordinating the organizations’ quality, risk, patient safety, and regulatory programs to maintain a systematic, continuous team-based approach to quality and compliance within the organization.  I work with all managers and staff to assure the components of each program meets the requirements for licensure, accreditation, and quality reporting.
