PHYSICAL THERAPIST    

Black River Memorial Hospital is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to work in a dynamic clinical setting.  We are a progressive rural primary care facility with The Joint Commission accreditation.  Candidate is sought to provide care in inpatient, home care and outpatient settings.  Our philosophy is that employees model the organization's mission, "BEST" through open communication, team work, respect for co-workers, assertive problem solving, sound decision making and a commitment to quality for patients and families.

 S LEEP LAB TECHNOLOGIST

Consider joining a team that is dedicated to Excellence Always!  Black River Memorial Hospital is seeking a Sleep Lab Technologist to perform various polysomnograms, MSLT'S, scoring and other sleep disorder tests.

RESPIRATORY CARE PRACTITIONER   

Black River Memorial Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team and travel with us on our journey to "Excellence Always".  The position is part-time, 48-60 hours per pay period, afternoon and nightshifts, including weekend and holiday rotation.  Position includes the Hospital's generous benefit package.

LABORATORY UNIT COORDINATOR

Black River Memorial Hospital is seeking a Laboratory Unit Coordinator, who would perform a dual role serving as Phlebotomy Tech and Clerk.  Responsibilities include the collection and processing of specimens, clerical and secretarial tasks, cleaning and routine maintenance.  Hours of work are day shift, 80 hours per pay period and include the Hospital's generous benefit package. 

The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) along with a certificate from a vocational or technical college in phlebotomy, experience as a Lab Unit Clerk or equivalent education and experience.

SOCIAL WORKER

A part-time Social Worker position is now available at Black River Memorial Hospital.  This position is 40 hours per pay period with additional rotating weekend and night call.  The position includes the Hospital's generous benefit package.  

Duties include helping to meet the social, economic and emotional needs of patients and their families during hospitalization and provide for appropriate planning to ensure these needs are adequately met after discharge.  Duties are largely performed in the Med/Surg Unit, but also respond to OB, Hospice and Emergency Departments.  

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in social work or related field
  • 1-2 years related experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Current social work certification from the State of Wisconsin
