Black River Memorial Hospital’s Homecare program provides comprehensive healthcare services in the most comfortable setting—your home.
Whether requiring home health care for a short time after surgery, accident, stroke, or heart attack, or for ongoing care for diabetes management, chronic disease, or assistance with activities of daily living, you’ll received skilled and compassionate care.
We offer supportive care, personal care, skilled care, and respiratory durable medical equipment to enable you to recover at home, in a comfortable environment that can help speed the healing process.
Our home healthcare professionals and support staff are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year and will work with you and your physician to individualize your care.
The cornerstone of our Homecare program is patient-centered care that provides a variety of services designed especially for you.

Respiratory Durable Medical (DME) Equipment

- Oxygen concentrators
- Portable oxygen
- Nebulizers and supplies
- CPAP/BiPAP with masks and supplies
- In-home, Overnight Pulse Oximetry Screening
Licensed respiratory care practitioners will:
- Individualize services to meet your needs
- Set up the equipment
- Provide monthly contacts
- Make follow-up visits
- Conduct ongoing patient and family education
