Visitor Guidelines

  • Visitor does NOT have any of the following symptoms:
    • Fever or chills
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    • Fatigue
    • Muscle or body aches
    • Headache
    • New loss of taste or smell
    • Sore throat
    • Congestion or runny nose
    • Nausea or vomiting
    • Diarrhea
  • Visitor has NOT tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days
  • Visitor has NOT been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days
  • Visitor has NOT been told by public health that they need to quarantine within the last 14 days
  • Visitors are REQUIRED to wear their visitor badge and have it be visible AT ALL TIMES
  • Visitor is REQUIRED to wear a mask AT ALL TIMES, NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Visitor MUST remain in the patient's room unless given permission to leave
  • Visitor MUST be respectful to staff AT ALL TIMES
  • If the visitor has to leave, they MUST leave their contact information with a staff member should they need to be contacted
  • If the visitor is asked to leave the patient room, they MUST wait outside the building until they are told they can come back in - NO WAITING IN LOBBIES will be permitted
  • NO visitors between 11 PM and 7 AM
  • If a patient is suspected of or has tested positive for COVID-19, NO VISITORS will be allowed unless patient is under the age of 18

COVID-19 Testing

Anyone experiencing symptoms or have been instructed by a local public health department to be tested, should call their primary care provider or the Black River Healthcare Clinic at 715-284-3355 to schedule an appointment.

B-WELLthy Café

The cafeteria is open to the public.

All guests must be screened at registration desk prior to visiting the café. 

B-Home Retail Store

B-Home is open to the public but all individuals are screened upon entering the facility.

8th Street Building

The 8th Street building is open to asymptomatic individuals requiring assistance from the 8th Street staff. All individuals will be screened upon entering the building and will follow the same screening as any other hospital visitor.
