Childbirth Class Information & Registration

  • Classes are held in the Oak conference room
  • Entry into the building will be through the Emergency Department entrance on the west side of the building
  • Masks are required to be worn at all times during class

Due to COVID-19, all OB classes are canceled through 2020 however, Information packets on the classes can be obtained by calling 715-284-1329.

  • Build confidence in your body's ability to give birth and decrease anxiety.
  • Get tips for your support partner for the big day.
  • Learn pain relief options, including: massage, relaxation, positioning, breathing and medication.

 

Two-Day Weekend Childbirth Education Class - FREE

This class is held on a Friday evening and a Saturday morning of February, April, June, August, October, and December.

Online Childbirth Education Course - FREE

The online childbirth education course offers the opportunity to complete the childbirth class at home. Educational information and a course booklet are available at the OB Department or can be mailed to you at your request. Call 715-284-1329.

Breastfeeding Class - FREE

During one evening class, you will learn the basic fundamentals of breastfeeding. This class is held the second Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November.
