Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)

We complete Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA) to assess the health needs of the people we serve. In addition to providing the quality care each and every day to our patients at BRMH, we also focus on responding to the broader, longer-term health issues facing our community.

The CHNA serves as a roadmap to improve health and wellness in our community.

It’s a detailed process that includes meeting with the community in various ways such as surveys, interviews, community forums, and focus groups. In addition, we carefully study existing data of our county and look for trends and common findings among our population.

Our mission at BRMH is to take care of you now and to be prepared to care for you and your family for generations to come. As we discover needs, we strive to empower you with the very latest in whatever tools are needed to help you live a healthy lifestyle. This comes in many forms – from making sure we have the most advanced equipment, to providing you classes and other resources.
